We are two friends with a shared love for bringing people together, challenging ourselves, and staying active. Ready to put our entrepreneurial spirits to the test, we had an idea stick — why not combine our passions and bring a pickleball bar to the Denver social scene? So, we launched Doubles Club to offer a fresh take on this growing game, one that is a perfect blend of everything we enjoy: making new connections, friendly competition, and spaces for fun and creativity to flow.

Alex found herself playing pickleball thanks to a persistent mom — an experience that could have been made better with a drink.
From there, this business idea was born into her notes app. As the creative yet determined 'I'll figure it out' kind of person, you’ll see her entrepreneurial nature and drive to turn nothing into something in all parts of her background.
From managing multi-million dollar budgets, leading large-scale events, or building corporate partnerships, Alex has always dedicated herself to a cause, and now she's ready to fuel her own. With a little listening, laughing, and humility, she is ready for the start-up challenges that lie ahead.

Admittedly, Will used to laugh a little at pickleball players with a tennis racket in hand. But after he gave it a try, it was hard to turn back. Shortly after, the search for an open nearby pickleball court became intertwined with Will’s lifelong dream of starting a business.
Will’s business lens comes from personal passions and corporate experience. Although he is pivoting from the medical device industry, his blended engineering and sales background will confidently support the development of this pickleball bar.
A natural adventurer and good time seeker, Will is drawn to spaces to play and to get people together. This combination sounds like Will’s ideal Saturday and the vision of Doubles Club.
